Senior Executive, Admin & Employee relations

 Senior Executive, Admin & Employee Relations Northport (Malaysia) Bhd Job Responsibilities : • Manage daily administrative operations within the HSSES Division to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. • Handle employee relations matters including discipline, misconduct cases, grievances, and welfare issues in accordance with company policies. • Conduct initial investigation and documentation for disciplinary cases and support Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes when required. • Prepare and issue disciplinary-related documents such as warning letters, show cause letters, and counselling records. • Maintain proper records of employee attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances in the HR system (e.g., RAMCO). • Monitor and verify overtime claims, including normal, rest day, and public holiday overtime, in compliance with approved guidelines. • Prepare monthly ER reports, disciplinary statistics, and HR-related administrative reports for management review. • Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and communication initiatives within the HSSES Division. • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues and promote a positive working environment. • Support HR policies implementation and ensure compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and company regulations. • Assist in coordinating performance management activities including appraisal (PEP) and feedback sessions for HSSES staff. • Support training coordination and ensure proper documentation of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)implementation. • Manage office administration matters including filing, documentation, assets, and general office support services. • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information and disciplinary matters Education / Professional Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or any related field. Relevant Experience • Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource, Administration or Employee Relations related functions.
