Sai Asia Builders Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in large-scale construction projects across Malaysia.

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur / Penang
💼 Salary: RM7,000 – RM12,000 + Uncapped Project Commission
🏗️ Project Value: RM1 Million – RM15 Million+
🚗 Travel across Peninsular Malaysia required

We're looking for someone with:
✅ 5–8 years' experience in construction business development
✅ Proven track record in securing RM1 million+ projects
✅ Strong network with developers, consultants, GLCs & healthcare sectors
✅ Experience in tendering and contractor/vendor registrations
