Inside Sales Representative

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at GD Express Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
• Convert prospects into customers and build strong relationships
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs
• Support sales activities and achieve KPI targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
