OAG Group of Company is seeking motivated and high-potential Graduate Engineers to join our Oil & Gas project team. This role offers valuable exposure to project execution, engineering coordination, technical documentation, and collaboration with local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers in project execution activities.
2. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, material tracking records, and progress updates.
3. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, QA/QC, E&M, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Support technical discussions, drawing reviews, material verification, and document control activities.
5. Assist in troubleshooting and engineering support during project execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, HSE requirements, and client standards.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent engineering discipline.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Candidates with internship, industrial training, or up to 2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
4. Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn.
5. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as the role involves communication with international clients and stakeholders.
6. Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project coordination.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
8. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
10. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
