 We're Hiring: Franchise Development Executive!

📍 Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
💰 Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month

Are you passionate about business growth, sales, and building partnerships?
We are looking for a Franchise Development Executive to join our growing team and support the expansion of our franchise network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying business opportunities, and helping entrepreneurs start their own business journey.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Generate and follow up on franchise leads
✅ Engage with prospective franchisees and investors
✅ Present franchise opportunities and answer enquiries
✅ Coordinate meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, and recruitment activities
✅ Conduct market research and identify potential expansion opportunities
✅ Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records
✅ Support the onboarding of new franchise partners
✅ Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve expansion targets.

What We're Looking For
✔ Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
✔ Experience in sales, business development, franchising, or customer service is an added advantage
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
✔ Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
