Are you a meticulous and well-organised professional with strong document control experience, looking to contribute to one of Malaysia’s most transformative mega-projects?

At Malaysia Rail Link (MRL), we are seeking a Document Control Executive to support our award-winning Finance team in delivering the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project.

💼 What you’ll bring:
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in document control, finance administration, or project-based environments
✔️ Hands-on experience in registering, scanning, indexing, filing, and tracking documents (physical & electronic)
✔️ Ability to retrieve documents and liaise with outsourced document centres effectively
✔️ Strong capability in monitoring document status, version control, and approval workflows
✔️ Proficiency in Excel and document management systems
✔️ Highly detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and collaborative
✔️ Strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial documents
