Available positions: Business Development Manager (Grade 16)

Job Summary:

This role will play a key role in shaping business direction, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across functions.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual & long-term business strategies
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for management approval
• Oversee daily operations (sales, marketing, customer service & logistics)
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis & business development initiatives
• Prepare performance reports (monthly, quarterly & annually) for management & Board
• Analyse KPIs and propose data-driven improvements
• Manage communication, media monitoring & customer feedback

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field (recognised by Malaysian Government or equivalent)
