Hiring: Full-Time Architectural Site Supervisor (Data Centre Project)
Location: Cyberjaya (Project Site)
Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Site)

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a sharp eye for architectural detail? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Architectural Site Supervisor to join our team for an ongoing Data Centre project. If you excel at managing site quality, coordinating workforce arrangements, and ensuring flawless execution before inspections, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Conduct meticulous setting-out checks prior to calling for client/consultant inspections.

Finishing Standards: Closely monitor and maintain high standards for architectural finishes, specifically skim coating and plastering work quality.

Technical Literacy: Accurately read, interpret, and implement details from architectural drawings.

Daily Site Operations: Manage daily work permits (PTW), organize material delivery arrangements, and coordinate daily work arrangements on-site.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment.

Progress Reporting: Provide clear and accurate daily progress updates to the Site Engineer and Project Engineer.
