Kontraktor Utama: Welfield Services Sdn Bhd / Spektra Bumimas Sdn Bhd
Tempoh Kontrak Perjawatan: 1 Tahun (sehingga 2027)
Lokasi kerja: Tapak Bina JKR-Welfield, Jalan Hose, Kuala Lumpur bersebelahan Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka / Wisma Mirama.

Fresh Graduate berkelulusan Diploma / Ijazah amat dialu alukan.
Kemasukan mengikut perjawatan: SEGERA

Perjawatan:

1. Resident Architect (RA) Degree holder with more than 5 years of site architectural and site building construction experience.

2. Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Diploma / Degree holder with OYK Yellow Card with 1~2 year experience. Fresh registered DOSH are welcome to apply. 

3. Junior / Assistant Site Quantity Surveyor (QS)  Diploma / Degree holder with 1 ~2 year construction QS experience.

4. Engineer C&S  (Fresh Graduate) - 3 positions

5. M&E Coordinator (with 5 years experience coordinating M&E services) - 1 position

6. IOW Electrical (with IOW certification) - 1 position

7. Protege - Site C&S Fresh Graduate / Degree holder - 3 positions

8. Protege - Site QAQC Fresh Graduate / Degree holder - 1 position

9. Protege - Site QS Fresh Graduate / Degree holder - 1 position

10. Protege -  Site Administration Fresh Graduate / Degree holder - 1 position
