🏷️ Job Title: GIS Executive
📌 Job Type: Permanent
📍 Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
🕘 Working Hours: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
🇲🇾 Open to Malaysian citizens only


🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, clean, and manage spatial data for GIS projects
* Perform basic GIS analysis and support data processing tasks
* Present GIS data in ArcGIS Dashboard
* Work with GIS software such as QGIS and ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro is an added advantage)
* Provide high-quality technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Esri products and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
* Proactively contact and follow up with customers regarding system usage, user experience, and ongoing projects
* Maintain clear and comprehensive case documentation in existing system
* Identify recurring issues and log defects for software and workflow improvements
* Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Support other technical and customer-related tasks as required by business needs


🎓 Job Requirements:
* Malaysian citizens only
* Diploma or Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
* Basic understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data handling
* Familiar with QGIS and ArcGIS platforms
* Good communication skills and ability to interact confidently with customers
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team


⭐ Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
* Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro
* Exposure to ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online environments
* Experience in technical support or client-facing roles
* Eager to learn, explore, and enhance skillset
