Job Description:
📌Assist to supervise current projects at job site and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
📌 Liaise with vendor and prepare documentation
📌 Work together with operation and team to ensure the job service complete
📌 Communicate with Operation on project requirements.
📌 Providing billing / quotation support for external clients.
📌 Ensure all the processes (including the request of Quotations and Purchase Orders are followed)
📌 Complete job by daily task.
📌 Willing to work at site
