Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer management
2️⃣ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
3️⃣ Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (job portals, networking, social media, referrals)
4️⃣ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments where needed
5️⃣ Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
6️⃣ Maintain and update recruitment reports, metrics, and applicant records
7️⃣ Support employer branding initiatives and career events to attract talent
8️⃣ Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment policies and processes
