Position: Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Location: Bangsar Southn

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Assistant Manager, HR to join our team in the dialysis healthcare sector. This role will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave & attendance).
Develop and implement HR policies, handbook, and engagement programs.
Support talent retention strategies and manage employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (EPF, SOCSO, HRDC, etc.).
Partner with centre managers and management team on HR strategy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including supervisory/lead role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in healthcare/clinical operations HR is an added advantage.
