I'm looking for a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join my team in Kuala Lumpur.
This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions, manage onboarding for local and foreign hires, and support employer branding initiatives, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

What we’re looking for:
🔹Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
🔹Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
🔹Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
🔹Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
🔹Proficient in English; Indian or Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred to support team diversity.
🔹Knowledge of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
🔹Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding is a plus.
