We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist/Executive to support our people strategy and day-to-day HR operations. This role covers a broad range of HR functions, with a strong focus on talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations matters, including counselling and grievance management
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in HR (level will be matched to experience).
Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law and HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Discreet, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Supportive and collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
