Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR end-to-end (HR strategy, operations, C&B, IR, outsourcing).
- Ensure strong employee relations & compliance with regulations.
- Build performance-based culture and capability development programs.

Requirements:
- Min.10 years experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in large-scale companies.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, empathetic leadership, and communication skills.
- Global exposure is an advantage.
