We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
