Key Responsibilities
- Discover new business opportunities and follow market trends
- Handle the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Understand client needs and propose the best technical solutions
- Promote and sell our products & services in key industries
- Solve sales challenges and help improve team performance
- Plan and execute strategies to hit sales targets
- Work with the proposals team on quotations and materials
- Use your network and knowledge to grow the business
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Guide and support the sales team
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and site visits to represent the company

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- Experience in E&I (EPCC and Maintenance)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to travel around Johor
