Bank Simpanan Nasional is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer (GRCO). This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of risk and compliance frameworks within the department and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor regulatory requirements relevant to the department.
- Conduct gap analysis, develop internal processes, and monitor compliance.
- Identify and assess risk and non-compliance issues, and recommend solutions.
- Execute internal control activities including KCSA, KCT, KRI, and PRA.
- Manage audit findings, BNM CRR issues, and support board-level reporting.
- Conduct training and raise awareness on compliance and risk practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, or Compliance.
- Familiarity with BNM guidelines and regulatory expectations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk assessment and internal controls is preferred.
