Job Description
-Responsible for daily production planning based on budgeted plan
-Monitor daily production output, to ensure it meets customer requirements and quality
-Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on meeting sales demand against plant capacity
-Monitor the supply chain of feed stock within the group of companies
-Timely, quality and volume planning in meeting each plant's utilization
-Coordinate with feed supply for each plant on timely raw material forecast
-Monitor storage capacity to ensure sufficient raw material and product storage
-Coordinate with with S&M / Finance / Supply Chain department to monitor the compliance on RSPO, ISCC mass-balance and other certification mass balance requirement.
REQUIREMENTS :
-Possess a least Degree in any discipline such as business admin, supply chain, logistics, any engineering discipline or equivalent
-At least 2 years working experiences in production planning in manufacturing environment
-Good knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems
-Candidate with knowledge in SAP, ISO, RSPO and ISCC is preferred
-Excellent soft skills and able to communicate at all levels
