Business Development Manager Academy
Location: Mid Valley KL, MPG HQ
Salary: RM4K - RM6K
Working Day & Time: Mon-Fri & 9.00am-6.00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Term: 12 Month contract (extend based on performance)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Working knowledge in CRM systems
- Knowledge of the IT landscape and job roles
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- 3+ years working experience with emphasis on sales, business development & sales proposal and support in the recruitment industry
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to details and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent attitude, willingness to learn and develop
- Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs
Job responsibility:
-Making business cold canvasing, calls, emails, visit, meeting to ensure opportunities and initiative.
-Lead the coordination with internal teams and group heads to produce client proposal on the services
-Work together with finance team on relevant supporting documents to win new business
-Work with Legal team to ensure accuracy of all clients agreement and legal documentation
-Ensure creation of and use approved marketing collaterals and send across right message to message potential clients
-Responsible for coordinating sales activities throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing and presentation, assisting with new contract pricing and analysis where required
