1.      Lead Engineer, Group Technical Procurement (based in Proton Tg Malim)

This position is required min 7 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining procurement strategies, policies and procedures to provide the best value procurement functions.

Responsibilities:-

1.      To manage the sourcing strategies and activities to ensure the optimal supplier performance and price.

2.      To ensure the procurement function is operating in line with the business objectives to add value, mitigate supply chain risk and cost saving.

3.      To support operational requirements, develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage the development of contracts, contractual relationships and contract management.

Candidate must possess at least degree in Business Management / Engineering or any relevant background study. Candidate with experience in SAP system experience is an added advantage.

2.      Engineer / Senior Engineer, Group Technical Procurement (based in Tg Malim)

This position is required min 1-3 years of experience in handling procurement activities especially on Non-Project Procurement and Project Procurement.

Responsibilities:-

1.      To source direct and indirect materials requested by internal stakeholder.

2.      To deal and negotiate with supplier for the best price and payment term.

3.      To liaise on with supplier for timely delivery, coordinate and monitor all purchases to avoid any risk of shortage, overcharge and breakage.

4.      To manage supply chain related tasks, analyze the cost reduction initiative and laternative parts replacement.

5.      To monitor and manage Purchase Order, Purchase Request & Request for Quotation procedure within timeline.

6.      To prepare and analyze application from potential vendor for new vendor appointment.

Candidate must possess at least degree in Business Management / Engineering or any relevant background study. Candidate with experience in SAP system experience is an added advantage.
