We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner/Specialist to manage the recruitment activity for ADL MY. Below will be the job scope and qualification for this role:
▪️Must atleast have 5 years experience in recruitment (direct hire and 3rd party hire)
▪️Have experience in hiring IT expertise.
▪️Experience in vendor management ( liaise with vendor on hiring, resource rate and etc)
▪️To manage end to end recruitment
▪️Handle vendor management as rate negotiation, vendor registration and etc.
▪️Maintain new hire employee data
▪️Handle 3rd party resource issue (resignation, disciplinary and etc)
▪️Prepare report or dashboard that related to recruitment
