Finance Executive - Account Payables
Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least (3-5) years of working experience in the accounting field is required for this position, candidate with logistics background is encouraged to apply.
Computer literate with good understanding and command of Microsoft Office and accounting system.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are essential.
Strong team player and able to work independently.
Candidate will be based in Shah Alam.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibility :
· Prepare monthly reconciliation for Local and Overseas agent.
· Monitor the contra account for agent and follow up on AR collection.
· Prepare all overseas agent payment and post into system correctly.
· Monitor and plan the cash flow for bank account.
· Monitor AR AP ageing and further investigate on long outstanding.
· Reply e-mail and attend to requests from Operation and vendor.
· Problem solving for issues related with account payable matter.
