1. 3 years to 5 years working experience in related fields. Working in Property Management will be an advantage.
2. Knowledgeable in Employment Act.
3. Able to handle full spectrum of Human Resources scope of works.
4. Strong personality in handling Human Resources matter.
5. Able to make decisions in Human Resources matter.
6. Good communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and mature personality.
7. Well verse in Microsoft Office.
