. Friendly & organise
. Know how to write simple email (English)
. Know how on phone system
. Simple clerical - booking meeting room, courier for other department, check pantry stock and do daily report for office maintenance.
. Able to answer phone and to forward calls.
. Assist me sometimes to buy refreshment or other pantry items which not in stock.
. Knowledgeable in microsoft office - as sometimes, need to help me on additional task.
. Comes at 7.30 and back 5.30 (1 hour ot daily)
Based: Level 8, Tower 2, Petronas Twin Tower
