-Bachelor's Degree in HR/Law/Psychology
-at least 5 years of working experience & 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations
-Exposure in preparing management report
-Knowledgeable & well versed in IR, labour law and regulations as well as strategising and managing IR matters
2. Assistant Manager, Human Resources
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration
-at least 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing company
-People oriented, dynamic, self motivated, self discipline and able to work independently
