POSITION: MARKET CONDUCT SUPERVISOR (BANKING)
(PERMANENT - HQ)
To support the supervision of financial service providers (FSP) which consist of banking institutions, development financial institutions and payment instrument issuers through on-site and off-site supervisory activities to ensure compliance with market conduct requirements and proposing appropriate supervisory intervention and enforcement actions.
OFF-SITE FUNCTION • Conduct assessment
through off-site surveillance (e.g. review data and self-assessment submitted by FSPs, incognito visits) on FSPs’ policies, market practices and control functions in complying with market conduct standards for the various fair treatment of financial consumers (FTFC) areas.
ON-SITE FUNCTION • Conduct validation through thematic or institution specific review on FSPs’ policies, market practices and control functions to ensure compliance with market conduct requirements/standards for the various FTFC areas.
