- have experience in a consultant/strategic planning/analyst role with a background in finance/business administration/audit.
- can join ASAP
The role involves the development and oversight of long-term enterprise-level strategies to support the Bank’s developmental role in agriculture, while strengthening the business core to enhance its competitive advantage. The role also involves keen spatial awareness of the agri-finance ecosystem with regards to competitors, potential opportunities and threats, in order to provide senior management with deep insights and robust strategic options. Success in this role demands exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities, paired with strong collaboration and communication skills.
