• Bachelor's Degree in Customer Services, Business Administration, Public Relations or its equivalent
• Pleasant personality
• Minimum two (2) years' working experience in Customer Service or equivalent
• Excellent communication skill & able to communicate with all level will be added advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to do multitask & able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Preferable single
