Application Support Engineer

Looking for Application Support Engineer for leading global provider of risk management software solutions based in Ara Damansara, PJ.  Permanent position available with 6 months probation period. Interested candidate may send in resume to piria.sellan@paracell.se

Responsibilities:
• Developing software solutions according to requirements and design
• Provides first level system support to customer (troubleshooting and problem resolution)
• Perform software application maintenance, development, testing & debugging
assignments
• Conducting unit test, integration test, system test, etc to ensure that project/product requirements are met
• Produce project/product related documentation
• Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company
• Working closely with colleagues to provide solution in the event of critical software issue
• Travelling is required

Requirements:
• Permanent Resident Status of Malaysia/Singapore
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or
equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Shell Scripting (Linux, Unix), Web Services, Oracle/MySQL DB
Administration, Redhat OS, TCP/IP, SS7
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
