Position : Service Desk Analyst
Location : Cyberjaya (CTC)
SALARY : RM 3,500 +

Requirements:
• Fluency in English Language is a must.
• At least TWO (2) years experience in Service Desk Analyst / IT Help Desk.
• Must be good in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st level problem troubleshooting via phone
• To route/escalate calls to Level 2 people to go user place
