Job Description:

·         To lead M&E team work according company and project objectives and goals

·         To attend discussion with clients, authorities, consultants and etc. with regard to M&E issues

·         To attend to all site and technical meetings and report any non-conformances of works

·         Responsible for overseeing construction works at site and to ensure project is constructed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications

·         Attend to all site and technical meeting and report any non-conformances of works

·         Ensure implementation of quantity control procedures at site

·         Ensure all documentation are in place, updated regularly and in systematic order

·         Review technical drawings and documentation and highlight any discrepancies

Job Requirement:

·         At least 5 years good working experience in high rise building construction work

·         Candidate must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

·         Registered with BEM in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

·         Good command of English

·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

·         Independent, self-motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
