PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Description
Generate Purchased Orders according to requisition.
Work closely with internal & external to ensure buying is accurate and correct.
Negotiate on the pricing and vendor’s management.
Monitor on the delivery orders.
Help in monthly inventory reports.
Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management
Have minimum 2 years experience with a strong grasp in contract administration.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent
At least 1 - 2 years’ experience as Procurement Executive in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledgeable in MS Access, MS Office, ERP, Navision
With strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Can work with minimum supervision.
Preferred Mandarin speaker to liaise our Chinese Customer/Clients
Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage.
Candidate will be based in Malaysia office and will work with procurement team in Singapore office
Salary Range RM2500-RM3500
