A leading group of companies is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to drive people strategy, talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation across multiple business entities.

Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
✅ Experience managing Group/Regional HR functions
✅ Strong exposure to HR transformation, organizational design, and talent management
✅ Experience in multinational organizations or large conglomerates is an advantage
