VACANCY : *EXECUTIVE, MARINE LOGISTICS* LOCATION : *SHAH ALAM* *RESPONSIBILITIES:* •Responsible for voyage planning, and co-ordination, which require close communication/update with customer, ship master, ship management company and local agents •Responsible to validate, and process advance port disbursements and final settlements •Accountable to prepare accurate freight invoices to customer •Responsible to calculate, follow up and issue/process laytime calculation and invoices •To ensure payments to vendor done based on the dateline •To monitor and plan cash flow is in good health •To monitor, and coordinate bunker requisition and supply •To monitor, anticipate and coordinate vessel operation to ensure vessel able to arrive/depart in timely manner. Close communication with vessel master and ship manager is required •To monitor, record, track, vetting and vouching all cost related to operating vessels (agency, bunker, Class, insurance, ship management and other related cost) •To organise documentation of invoices, Letter of Indemnity, and transmittal documents. •Etc.
