Are you a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources? We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our team.

If you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into the core functions of corporate HR—from talent acquisition to compliance—this is the perfect step for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·        Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.

·        HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare formal memos, and assist with day-to-day HR documentation.

·        Payroll, Compliance & Perks: Learn the ins and outs of payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) also assist with LHDN reporting.

·        Training Coordination: Assist in organising internal training programs and learning the ropes of HRDC grant applications and claims.

Who We’re Looking For:

·        A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
·        Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience are also welcome.
·        Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
·        A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
