Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next career opportunity? We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented HR Senior Executive to join our team!

📍 Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS administration.
- Support performance appraisal exercises, KPI management, and talent development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and other employee-related issues professionally.
- Drive HR process improvements and support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in handling full-spectrum HR functions.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
