Preferred Qualifications

* Relevant experience in the respective HR function.
* Experience within the electronics or electronics device manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Good understanding of HR practices, policies and employment regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
