Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career?

We are looking for an Executive, Finance & Procurement to join our team and support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and reimbursements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Process and monitor vendor payments and collections
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare AP/AR ageing and audit reports
• Manage statutory payments and related documentation
• Support audit and tax-related matters
• Assist with finance process improvements and ad-hoc projects

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Working knowledge of accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and related systems
• Meticulous, analytical and results-driven
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage a high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
• Proactive and willing to learn and explore new areas in finance and accounting
