Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
-Handle manpower planning and hiring requirements.
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
-Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
-Ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies and recruitment targets.

-Requirements
-Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
-Male candidate preferred.
-Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet recruitment deadlines.
