 📢 *VACANCY – SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR*

*Position:* Site QS
📍 *Location:* Pulau Indah, Klang
📌 *Please state your expected salary in your CV.*

*Requirements:*
* Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Experience in quantity take-off, and material estimation.
* Familiar with goverment project procedures )e.g.,JKR,CIDB) is preferred
* Willing to work at site when required

*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and monitor BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents.
* Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimation from drawings.
* Assist in tendering and procurement for subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payments.
* Prepare interim payments, final accounts, and cost reports.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
