Job scope :

- Supervise and monitor ACMV installation works at the project site.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Supervise the installation of AHU, FCU, split units, exhaust fans, fresh air fans, smoke spill fans, pressurisation fans, ducting, piping, insulation, grilles, diffusers, and related ACMV equipment.
- Monitor the quality and workmanship of installation works.
- Inspect ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, hangers, and ACMV equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, main contractors, and other M&E trades.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Manage and coordinate ACMV workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare Inspection Requests and relevant checklists.
- Supervise testing and commissioning activities, including airflow, temperature, pressure, and equipment operational testing.
- Assist with Testing, Adjusting and Balancing activities and system performance verification.
- Coordinate ACMV works with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, and other services to avoid clashes.
- Identify site issues, technical problems, and installation defects, and ensure proper rectification.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage at site.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety requirements, including PPE, permit-to-work, working at height, hot work, and lifting activities.
- Ensure all ACMV works are completed according to required quality, safety, and project standards.

Work Experience : Site engineer fresh graduate / Site Supervisor atleast 1 year 

Location Office : Butterworth 

Date Start : immediately or Oktober 2026
