🔹 Job Requirements:  
✔️ Full-time position  
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / construction-related work  
✔️ Able to work independently with minimal supervision  
✔️ Self-motivated, responsible & positive attitude  
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills

🔹 Job Scope (Optional but recommended):  
✔️ Prepare cost estimates, tender & contract documents  
✔️ Handle progress claims, subcontractor claims & final accounts  
✔️ Monitor project costs and variations  
✔️ Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
