Junior Java Developer

✅ 1–5 years of relevant experience.
✅ Strong in Java, with basic Groovy knowledge.
✅ Experience with Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle, SQL.
✅ Familiar with Git, Gradle, and Elasticsearch.
✅ Good English skills.

Intermediate Java Developer

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience.
✅ Strong in Java & Groovy and multithreading.
✅ Knowledge of MySQL, distributed systems, caching, and JVM.
✅ Experience in SaaS platform design is an advantage.
✅ Insurance experience is a plus.
✅ Strong English reading and writing skills.

Senior Java Developer

✅ 8+ years of relevant experience.
✅ Strong expertise in Java, multithreading, JVM, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
✅ Experience in system design, integration, and technical decision-making.
✅ Experience in SaaS platform design.
✅ Insurance industry experience is required.
✅ Strong English communication skills.
