🔹 Senior Executive / Executive

We are looking for someone with experience in:
• Industrial Relations – handling employee relations matters, disciplinary cases and related HR issues
• Industrial Court / Labour Matters – supporting and managing employment-related cases and proceedings
• Employee Engagement – developing initiatives to strengthen employee experience and engagement
• Performance Evaluation – supporting performance management and appraisal processes
• HR Advisory – providing advice and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
