HR MANAGER

 HIRING | HR MANAGER
Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Open to Malaysian locals only
Age: Up to 45 years old
Experience: 7–10+ years in HR
Management Experience: Minimum 4 years

Requirements:
-Full-spectrum HR experience
-Manufacturing / labour-intensive environment preferred
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment & Labour Laws
-Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Domestic Inquiry
-Experience managing foreign workers and compliance
-Experience in recruitment, payroll, C&B and performance management
-Strong experience in manpower planning, HR policies, salary structures and reporting
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Willing to travel to company sites, hostels and government offices when required
