📍 Location: Petaling Jaya

WWF-Malaysia is looking for an Executive, Operations & Administration to support our In-House Face-to-Face (IHF2F) Fundraising team in Petaling Jaya.

𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐈𝐇𝐅2𝐅)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Day-to-day fundraising operations, scheduling and field coordination
• Fundraising location scouting, booking and stakeholder coordination
• Booth, equipment, merchandise and event arrangements
• Donor administration and operational documentation
• Recruitment coordination and People & Culture support for the IHF2F team

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to administration, operations, event coordination, logistics, customer service or field support would be an advantage.
