Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong experience in managing and delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Knowledge of Ultrasonic Smart Meter (USM), Data Concentrator Units (DCU), and communication infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, resource management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• B2 or D driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of USM and communication infrastructure projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and overall performance.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Engineering team.
• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Engage with customers, regulatory bodies, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery improvements, digitalisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on leadership and oversight of day-to-day engineering operations.
