Senior Engineer

Hiring for: Cubiq Meters Sdn Bhd

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, risks are effectively managed, and technical requirements and customer expectations are met.
The role will work closely with contractors, customers, procurement, and internal teams while leading Engineers and Site Supervisors.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Proven experience in project execution and team leadership.
• Experience in managing contractors and resolving project-related issues.
• Good knowledge of project management principles and technical solution design.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• B2 or D driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, lead, and monitor engineering projects, milestones, schedules, and contractor performance.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage project documentation, work quantities, test results, and Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Develop and implement technical solutions based on project requirements.
• Manage project scope changes and support relevant procurement activities.
• Address customer technical issues, provide training, and monitor product/solution performance.
• Lead and guide Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure effective project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency, systems, and processes.
